Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! Well, last night was night three of Jubilee Casserole leftovers...only this time, thanks to Netty-Mae, I had diced pancetta that I cooked up and served on the side along with some steamed broccoli and carrots. I'm over the Jubilee Casserole now.
Very excited about tonight...Poppy and I are heading to The Tee-Off for a corned beef and cabbage extravaganza! They're also going to have a potato bar. More on all that tomorrow...
