Rut-Roe...I forgot to take a picture of dinner last night. Here's the pan Poppy cooked the taco meat in...Yep, that's right, it was Taco Night at Kasa Kecky's!! This time I bought a little pork roast and a beef pot roast and ground it up into burger. I made up this Southwest seasoning/rub so Poppy uses that to season the meat. She really likes it. She thought the meat lacked a little fat so was a little dry. I thought it was NOM, especially after I added the cheese, sour cream, onion, tomato, lettuce and hot sauce!
We're off today to look at 3 more houses. Two in Bernal Heights and a condo in the Inner Mission. We would both love to live in the Mission.
