Lots of leftovers so it was Jubilee Casserole Phase II. You may recall a few posts back how excited we were about the house. We'll, we had a pre-inspection yesterday that revealed a little more that we're ready to take on. So, after a weekend off from house-hunting we'll be back at it. Well, Poppy will.
A few words about my Poppy...she really is my rock. She has worked so hard on this home buying project and has the patience of a saint for putting up with me, cause you know, I do not have the patience of a saint. If it were left to me, I'd just use all the money we've got saved up for traveling...or buy a closet full of shoes!
