Not much going on really, so I made some chicken salad and we had it on crackers. But before that, I made a little appetizer. I blanched some green beans and then dry-fried them in a little olive oil and garlic. Just before they were done, I added a little sesame oil, hot chili oil and Wasabiyaki. Wasabiyaki is a sauce/marinade made by the company, Soy-Vay. Very NOM-Tasty!!
