Our friends and co-workers Chris and Kerry were over here some weeks ago for some BBQ. Chris asked Poppy if she would mentor him in the grilling/BBQ'ing arts. So they set up a date for him to come over and make some Can-Can Chicken. This is where Grillmaster-Poppy puts her super-secret dry-rub recipe on a couple of chickens and shoves a half-a-can of beer up the Chicken's hoo-hoo and off to the grill they go for a low and slow indirect cooking for a couple of hours.
Chris' brother is a chef and he's coming for a vissy in January so Chris wants to dazzle him with his grilling skills!
