The salad turned out really good, but we realized that you don't need the mushrooms. The daikon adds a crunch but no taste. Also put a few squirts of balsamic on the salad. Most Nom! And the steak, well that was spectacular. I still have my balsamic reduction from a few weeks ago. That is the best combo ever!
I'm off today tending to many little things that haven't been getting done. Go figure that the sun is out too. I rode my scootie to the grocery store to get the fixins for the beef stew I'll be making tonight. It's a Pawla Dean recipe so I bet it'll be good. Anyway, haven't been on the scootie in over a week. Let's hope the rain is done and over with!
