Movin On Up...

Well this has just been a whole bunch of fun! We've got the truck all packed and now we're taking a break. We leave tomorrow at the crack. We'll head to Seester Kathy's et al. unload their stuff, then to Dad's new home and unload his stuff and then to Hitch World to drop off the truck and then we'll be done for a few weeks.

Here's Dexter-McLovin the morning Kathy left. She was packing and Dexter-McLovin was watching.

Here's the truck as we packed it up.



I grilled some steaks last night and made up a new rub:

Tablespoon salt
Tablespoon pepper
Teaspoon garlic powder
Teaspoon paprika
Teaspoon chili powder
Teaspoon oregano
Teaspoon coffee (darker better)

Mix it all up…even better if you can use a mortar/pestle to mix it so it blends and releases the oils.

Had the steaks with baked potatoes and green beans. NOM!!
